Just sleep as much as you can even though I know that get's annoying and you want to just have a life. Hope your iron improves and assume you are getting visits to help with feeding etc if you need it. Being at home rather than busy ward will help and is one time can really appreciate not having family and friends who are just going to drop in. Look forward to hearing thoughts etc in the future when things settle down in about 12 month or so!!! Love Sx Good to hear a bit about it all Kate.
